"Carol, this is John the agent. Thank you for your feedback however I pride myself in the type of service we offer to our clients. (See all the other 5 Star reviews.) Premium rates are set by underwriters, not the agent or the agency. The continued increases, across the entire industry, are frustrating. There are varying factors that go into assessing risk profiles for any policy. Lisa, my manager, shared with me that you hung up on her while she was trying to explain how rates are determined. We at the agency level have ZERO discretion over how rates are determined. I personally would offer the opportunity to address your concerns regarding our insurance services or offer what has contributed at an industry level to rates overall. I would talk with you to listen and see if I can further explain how rates work. "
